Yet another insurer has made a significant digital advancement as PT Asurani Allianz Life Indonesia announced its co-operation with HaloDoc to provide the Allianz eAZy Med service to customers.

The app, which is connected with authorised pharmacies, allows for the purchasing of drugs and other medical needs in a fast and convenient way.

Speaking about its introduction, HaloDoc CEO was quoted in Global Indonesian Voices as describing it as facilitating “health access for society in the technology era.”

“We believe that health insurance is the most importance matter for every one and they choose Allianz insurance as one of the best health insurance companies in Indonesia,” he said.

“In addition to the same goal shared by HaloDoc and Allianz Life, this is the first opportunity where HaloDoc builds a co-operation with insurance. This is also the first service rendered by Allianz where the customer is facilitated in terms of drugs claim through ApotikAntar feature in Halo Doc application. This cooperation constitutes an early form of service and subsequently there will be other services we create to facilitate HaloDoc customers”.

The Allianz eAZy Med service provides accessibility for Allianz Life customers who can simply send pictures of prescriptions and supporting claim documents through ApotikAntar and the ordered drug will be delivered directly to them.
