Generali Vietnam and Eximbank sign bancassurance partnership

Deal allows life insurance products to be sold through over 200 bank branches and satellite offices

Generali Vietnam Life Insurance has inked a bancassurance deal with Eximbank, facilitating the sale of life insurance products through the bank’s 200 branches and transaction offices across the Southeast Asian country.
 
Tina Nguyen, CEO of Generali Vietnam said the partnership as a strategic step that allows customers easier access to Generali’s life insurance products and provides the two companies with the means to serve their millions customers better.
 
“In recent years, the demand for insurance products by our customers has increased significantly. Our customers require a full range of financial solutions which include both banking services and insurance products,” said a representative of Eximbank.

“We believe that this bancassurance partnership… will expand our product offerings to the market and strengthen our value proposition.”
