AUB Group has tapped Elyse Henderson, former head of transformation at the National Australia Bank (NAB), as its chief operating officer (COO).
Henderson will commence on her new role on Jan. 22, bringing with her a strong small- to medium-sized enterprise (SME) and business-to-business background, from working with large organisations and as an SME business owner.

I have been particularly impressed by the way Elyse has leveraged her practical SME management experience and related that to the consulting and banking worlds at a senior level.”
Henderson was most recently head of transformation at NAB, in charge of the strategy and execution of transformation initiatives. She also served a number of strategy and sales leadership roles within the bank. Before that, she held a senior consultancy role at
Deloitte; worked in risk for QR; and established and led an SME fabrication, installation, and maintenance business based in Queensland.
