Australia’s brokers have spoken and the results are in for Insurance Business magazine’s fifth annual Brokers on Insurers report.
The Brokers on Insurers survey asked brokers to rate the performance of several insurers across 11 areas including turnaround times, overall service level and BDM support.

Allianz was rated the insurer of the year after picking up the gold medal for its online platforms, premium stability and brand recognition and silver for its commission structure, training and development and turnaround times – claims.
CGU was rated the second best insurer of the year after receiving the highest rating for commission structure and product range and
QBE came in third as a result of its overall service level and BDM support.
