Claim Central agrees three year partnership

An innovative claims service has signed a key deal that will reduce costs come claim time

Claim Central has announced a new partnership agreement that will help reduce costs come claim time.

The deal will see the innovative claims service, which has pioneered the use of live video streaming in the claims process, given access to discounted products via PPG.

Claims Central trades and suppliers will now have access to discounted paints and other specialty products with savings passed directly to insurance companies.
The three-year partnership will help reduce repair costs and benefit consumers as well as the industry.

Travis Dale, head of operations for Australia and New Zealand at Claim Central, said that the deal is a natural fit and will help the business continue its innovative path.

“Average repair claims cost is an ongoing blip on the radar of all insurance companies across the country,” Dale said.

“Through enhancing our supply chain process, we are reducing the claims costs for insurers and ultimately the savings are being passed on to their policyholders.”

Claim Central was recently named the eighth most innovative businesses in the country by The Australian Financial Review – beating the likes of Qantas, PwC and Deloitte.
