James Jessup is part of the Willis Workplace Risk team, providing workers compensation insurance broking and consulting services to large national organisations. He’s one of the youngest Account Directors within Willis’ Australian operations. In 2014, Jessup won more than $200,000 in new revenue for the group. Earlier on, he was involved in winning a tender for a top 20 company and has since then been the day-to-day contact for that company who has a complex national workers’ compensation program with premiums in excess of $20m. Jessup also leads projects on Self-Insurance and Retro-Paid premium modelling providing large organisations with significant cost saving opportunities. At the start of the year, Jessup was promoted to Account Director in recognition of his impressive skill and performance. Viewed as an emerging leader by the organisation, Jessup’s performance is ensuring Willis’ performance in the workers’ compensation market is being noticed and that his team is highly regarded.
