    You say that 85% of brokers think this is an advantage over non-users but then you go on to say that 79% of brokers use the media for new leads and sales, leaving 5.5% for discussions with clients on their insurance? I really wish I could agree with the concept. I'm not saying it isn't good or that it shouldn't be used. What I am thinking about is what the client actually wants and what he wants to hear. I'm sure most clients would agree to the system for fear of being labelled 'unhip'. But we're not talking about the big corporations where an 'open mike' concept of two-way 'conversation' could cause some big headaches in a cyber breach. Insurance is full of complications without adding to its fragility. Why don't we just leave things as they are?
