Following the merger, the new company will boast over 400 employees across 14 offices in and around BC and Ontario. Moreover, the new company hopes to use its effectively doubled negotiating power to secure the most optimum rates, terms and conditions from insurer partners on behalf of its clients.

“We strongly believe this integration will bring significant value to our employees, clients, and partners,” said CMW Insurance Services president Andrew Kemp. “By combining our complementary cultures, values, products and services, we will be well positioned to meet the changing needs of clients across Canada.”

“We’re thrilled to be making this announcement,” Capri Insurance Services president Tim Miller stated. “The merger allows us to leverage the strengths of our two companies while retaining the advantages of being independent and employee-owned.”
