Cindy Bowden entered the insurance business at 24. A recognized leader in the industry, Bowden has served on the board of Advocis (the Financial Advisors Association of Canada) and is a past chair of the board of directors of the Institute for Advanced Financial Education. She has also served on boards or committees for the St Michael’s Hospital Foundation; Trinity College at the University of Toronto; and her children’s former school. She’s a recipient of the University of Toronto’s Arbor Award for her volunteer services. Bowden is also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, the Converence for Advanced Life Underwriting of Canada and the Estate Planning Council of Toronto.
