Three Kiwi insurance companies have been recognised for consistently delivering quality customer service.

Southern Cross – Pet Insurance and Health Insurance, AA Insurance, and AA Life have scooped the Gold Award in the 2017 NZ Quality Service Awards (QSA) for having received the highest ratings in customer service satisfaction.

New Zealand Reader’s Digest commissioned market research company Catalyst Research to independently survey 1,500 Kiwi adults on their personal experience of a company’s service according to personalisation, understanding, simplicity, reliability, satisfaction.

Walter Beyleveldt, Reader’s Digest managing director and awards presenter, said winning the award sets the company apart from its competitors.

“You understand that a successful business not only needs good products but, crucially, you need satisfied and loyal customers,” he said. “Having excellent customer service gives you a smart, competitive advantage that is essential to commercial success. Congratulations and keep up the great work!”

The awards ceremony was held on April 06 at The Langham Hotel, Auckland.
