New 'Gone in Seconds' video issued by the MIB

A new video was released last week for the MIB’s public awareness campaign which aims to make young people more aware of the consequences of driving without insurance

The Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB) has launched a new video, 'Own Worst Nightmare', to continue the conversation of uninsured driving.

The MIB’s public awareness campaign, Gone in Seconds, began in September 2015 with the aim of making young people more aware of the consequences of driving without insurance.

The latest video in the campaign focuses on the loss of the vehicle, while the website explains what else it could mean if you are caught driving uninsured, including having to rely on others to get around (maybe for a significant length of time if you lose your licence), prosecution and fines and fixed penalties, storage charges and collection fees.
