Based in New York, Seib will focus on delivering creative, problem-solving excess casualty coverage solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.

Seib will be reporting to David Cohen, Aspen Insurance president and chief underwriting officer.

"Lorraine's technical expertise and relationships across the industry are second to none,” Cohen said.

Seib also worked as president excess casualty at Travelers Insurance, as chief underwriting officer at Kemper and as vice president of Reliance National.

The new Aspen executive has bagged several recognitions during her career.
