Towergate Insurance, the insurance intermediary, announced moments ago that, following regulatory approval and the affirmative vote of the requisite majority of shareholders, it has completed the sale of a majority interest in its Broker Network business to Highbridge Principal Strategies.
This follows on from its announcement that a sale had been agreed back in March as reported on at
Insurance Business UK.
