Following the addition of an insurance services division to its portfolio last month, Davies Group has acquired ServiceTick, a customer experience and analytics firm that caters to insurance businesses.
Norwich-based ServiceTick utilises voice and digital surveys, analytics, and consulting to provide digital customer experience insight to its clients.

“Davies and ServiceTick already work together providing customer insight solutions to our mutual clients. ServiceTick brings new digital capability to Davies and enables us to offer a deeper range of customer experience, complaints management and analytics capability to our insurance and highly regulated clients,” said Davies Group CEO Dan Saulter.

The acquisition adds to Davies’s digital portfolio. This includes Surveyorship, its Cq claims platform, and its investment in mobile video and drones. The deal also marks Davies’s fourth acquisition since Silicon Valley investor HGGC took a majority stake in the business in January this year.

ServiceTick will retain its name with managing director Jason Wolfe continuing to lead the business. He will report to Davies chief digital officer Mark Grocott.

“Joining a group with a clear focus on digital transformation and innovation is an exciting opportunity for ServiceTick,” said Wolfe. “Davies’s client base is highly complementary to ours, and I look forward to working with Dan, Mark and the team to develop to strengthen our customer experience solutions to the market.”
