A low-cost insurance provider based in Doncaster will soon make its call centre service operational for 24 hours every day.
One Call Insurance is set to implement the move following a service review that showed when customers were making calls and their waiting time, the Doncaster Free Press
said in an online report.
“We know not everyone can call between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.,” the report quoted One Call Insurance marketing manager Glynn Fox as saying.
Fox hoped that their 24/7 call centre will ease the pressure on customers who struggle finding time to call the insurer.
“Insurance, and the thought of calling a call centre, can be stressful at the best of times, so we feel giving our customers the opportunity to call us whenever is best for them will help make organising their insurance somewhat more enjoyable,” he said.
“This means our customers could call us before they start or after they finish work, or perhaps once they’ve got home, cooked tea, put the kids to bed and had time to collect their thoughts,” Fox added.
One Call Insurance, which is known for its low-priced policies, offers home, vehicle, life, health, income protection and travel insurance.
