Endsleigh Insurance Services has appointed Paul Bolton as head of its personal lines business which consists of motor, home, and possessions.

Joining Endsleigh from Samsung where he was omni-channel retail director, Bolton will focus on building on the reach of Endsleigh’s brand. He has more than two decades of experience in the retail and consumer sectors.

“Endsleigh is a fantastic organisation, and I’m looking forward to growing the personal lines business with the team so that more customers continue to benefit from market-leading insurance solutions that harness the very latest technology,” commented the new hire.

Endsleigh chief executive Jeff Brinley said Bolton will be supported by a highly experienced specialist team supplemented by the recent appointment of former Ageas Retail executive Kurt Hooker as motor product manager.

“I believe Paul’s vast experience in the consumer and retail sectors will enable us to build on our strategic vision for Endsleigh so that we can reach out and benefit more customers as we continue developing the products and services they need to fit in with their lifestyles,” noted Brinley.

He added that the new appointments support Endsleigh’s ongoing transformation programme.

Now wholly owned by Zurich Insurance Group, Endsleigh offers insurance products and solutions for students and professionals, as well as for trade unions and professional organisations.
