A former ranking official at the UK government’s tax collection agency has joined Premium Credit, an insurance premium finance company.

Appointed as the company’s new chief information officer, Mark Dearnley will lead and become responsible for delivery of all change initiatives, ensuring sustainable system performance and robust infrastructure.

Dearnley will further build Premium Credit’s digital capabilities and undertake tasks such as improving Premium Credit’s broker integration and customer journeys.

“We continue to significantly invest in our IT and operational platforms to improve our business and better support our partners and customers,” said Premium Credit CEO Tom Woolgrove.
