RSA unveils new marketing campaign

In collaboration with Intermarketing Agency, insurance group RSA has launched an above-the-line marketing campaign centred on its commercial claims proposition.

The campaign, which uses stills and a series of videos shot in Manchester, features the common causes of commercial losses – the likes of fire and flood for property damage, as well as cyberattacks that impact even the biggest firms’ data and reliability. It will be distributed through RSA’s broker and customer channels; shared via digital and social media; as well as appearing on billboard posters and other platforms.

The goal is to hammer home the importance of partnering with an insurance provider that offers commercial customers business-critical support and market-leading claims service.

“We are on a journey to becoming a best-in-class insurer, and our claims service is a differentiator for RSA,” said UK & international claims director Karl Helgesen. “Our commercial claims department recently earned an ‘outstanding’ broker NPS, with brokers rating our claims capability and service number one, and I think that is something worth shouting about.”

The Broker Voice bi-annual sentiment survey of UK insurers found that a third of brokers think RSA provided the best commercial claims service in 2017.

Eliana Campochiaro, head of commercial promotions and campaigns at RSA, said they are proud of the campaign which was rolled out this month.

“Engaging businesses by demonstrating the essence of our insurance offering in a visually striking and perhaps provocative way has been an exciting project to work on with Intermarketing Agency, and we are delighted with the response so far,” commented Campochiaro.
