There were celebrations all around for Supercover Insurance as it scooped an illustrious industry award.
The mobile phone and gadget insurance provider, part of the Markerstudy Group, earned the ‘Best Support Service’ title as part of the 2016 Mobile Industry Awards held at The Brewery, in London. The award comes amid a surge of growth in the mobile telecoms sector during the last 18 months.
The accolade is linked to overall excellence in delivery of service to partners, ability to adapt to changing market conditions and innovative approach to marketing and education around mobile phone insurance.
“The awards evening was fantastic and we are incredibly proud to have walked away with the Best Support Service title,” said John Fannon, Supercover Insurance’s director of sales. “Our team has put in a tremendous amount of effort and hard work to make Supercover the ‘go to’ business for distributors and resellers looking to differentiate their brand and add value to their existing propositions through handset and gadget insurance.”
It was the first time businesses providing additional services, such as insurance, had been able to enter the awards, which celebrates outstanding achievements and top performers in the Mobile Telecoms arena.
