Northampton-based insurance provider Staysure is creating 120 new staff employees across its growing specialist insurance business.

The company is hiring new sales agents, customer service agents and team managers across Staysure’s travel insurance and car insurance divisions in Coventry, according to an online report by The Northampton Chronicle & Echo.

The new roles within the insurer’s head office in Northampton are in business areas including human resources, partnerships management, website development and sales team management.

Staysure is opening new jobs after the London Stock Exchange listed the company as one of the “1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain,” which are considered some of the fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium-sized enterprises in the UK.

“We’ve been recognised as the biggest travel insurance provider in the UK,” The Northampton Chronicle & Echo quoted Staysure CEO Chris Rolland as saying.

“Our policies pay out well over £1m in claims every month globally, supporting customers from Albania to Zambia – it truly is an exciting time to join the business.”

Rolland said Staysure employs around 500 employees in three UK sites that are dedicated to the over 50s market.

“The quality of the service we provide is directly tied to employing, training and retaining great people – our investment in this is evident from our customer satisfaction rates, which have increased by 100% in the past six months,” he said.

Apart from travel insurance, Staysure provides a range of specialist products including health, life, motor, home, holiday and cruise insurance.
