Insurance technology services and analytics firm Xceedance has launched its office in London to serve the European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) market.

London insurance market veteran Justin Davies will lead the company’s newest office at Bury Court, 6 Bevis Marks. He will also act as head of the EMEA region.

"Our goal is to raise awareness of the capabilities of Xceedance in the EMEA region while providing personalised service to clients," said Davies, who joined the company from Xuber where he was director of the Xposure business unit.

“Our clients expect one-stop insurance solutions and expertise from Xceedance,” he added. “The London office allows us to efficiently align and extend the company’s industry-expert resources as we work closely with brokers and re/insurers to help them launch new products, drive lean operations, implement cutting-edge technology and leverage analytic capabilities.”

Xceedance provides re/insurers, managing general agents and brokers with analytics, technology, consulting services and engineering solutions to enrich their workflows, processes and strategic programs.

The new office enables Xceedance to deliver a comprehensive range of strategic and transformational services, enabling insurers to improve loss ratios, accelerate and increase profitability, gain real-time access to actionable business insights, and drive improved operational and financial performance.

“London is the hub for a significant segment of worldwide insurance business and our rapidly growing company is especially skilled in supporting the full range of insurance activities, helping our global clients improve policyholder service, increase new business and grow revenues,” said Xceedance CEO Arun Balakrishnan.

“We are excited to locate an office in London and expand opportunities for direct interaction with diverse property and casualty insurance organisations, both in London and in the EMEA region,” he added.
