Major international insurer Zurich
has vowed to further promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace with a number of new initiatives.
During a recent conference in Hong Kong, the global player made commitments to encourage diversity and inclusion, which include the initiative FlexWork@Zurich

The launching of the global initiative seeks to improve its employees’ access to more flexible working options, according to the report.
The report added that Zurich
has also launched a new group medical insurance programme in Hong Kong which covers the unmarried partners of its employees, regardless of their gender.

According to the insurer, the recognition reflects its commitment to improve workplace gender equality, particularly in the areas of fair hiring and promotion processes, pay equality and flexible working arrangements.
