Culley Insurance Group said it will launch its personal and commercial insurance services in Hawaii after building a client base near its Oregon headquarters.

Elizabeth Culley, group principal, said that there are homeowners in its Oregon home base who also own property in Hawaii and California. Thus, the company took out licenses to operate in these locales, as well as Michigan.

The group provides personal insurance, which covers home, condos, renters, auto, umbrella, farming, and disability protection, among others.

Culley also said in a MauiNow.com report that the firm is positioning itself as a “concierge provider.”

“Concierge service means that clients shouldn’t have to settle for ‘good customer service.’ They should be getting great service,” the local media outlet quoted Culley as saying.

Susan Westlake will act as the group’s agent in Maui.
