Concord Specialty Risk, The Vistria Group and Aviation West Charters have announced an amicable resolution to a representation and warranty insurance (RWI) claim by Aviation West.

The companies announced that they had also amicably resolved all disputes related to an RWI policy that Concord issued to Aviation West in connection to the acquisition of Aviation West, Inc. (doing business as Angel MedFlight) by Vistria.

The terms of the agreement are confidential, but Concord, Vistria and Aviation West all agreed that the resolution was fair and reasonable, according to a news release from Ryan Specialty Group, Concord’s parent company.

Concord and its insurers were represented by David Apfel of Goodwin Procter. Vistria and AWC were represented by William O’Neil of Winston & Strawn and Bruce Sperling and Eamon Kelly of Sperling & Slater.
