MarshBerry has announced the hiring of Bob Barber as talent acquisition manager. In his new role, Barber will oversee a team that will source and screen sales professionals for the role of commercial producer.
Barber has years of leadership experience in human resources and other business services, according to the firm. Prior to his appointment with the company, Barber led and managed a team at the Varsity News Network. While there, he implemented strategies that grew the organization, improved employee performance across the company, and created new strategies to measure employee engagement.
