Browning has served Meadowbrook since 2016. Prior to joining the company, he was managing partner for Overland Group, an intermediary and insurance consulting firm. He’s also served in executive positions at three national insurance companies, including chairman, president and CEO of DaimlerChrysler Insurance Group.

“I am confident that under Fred’s leadership, we will achieve our potential as an underwriting company, and I look forward to working closely with him as he enhances our corporate underwriting functions,” said Meadowbrook President and CEO Kenn Allen.

Meadowbrook, a Michigan-based insurance company, has 28 locations around the US. In 2015, Meadowbrook was acquired by Chinese insurance giant Fosun.
