Insurance software solutions provider NetRate has named Jeff Lewis as its new director of client services.
In his new role, Lewis will be responsible for NetRate’s client services team. He will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, “which includes efficient onboarding of new clients, project management for solution additions and changes for existing clients, and processing general support requests,” a release said.

Lewis has more than 15 years of experience and has headed numerous software support groups. He has also served as head of application development at an international carrier for multiple different domestic business units in its commercial insurance operation.

We want both our new and existing clients to receive the quality, responsive and professional service that they deserve and expect,” said NetRate Systems CEO David Jordan. “With the addition of Jeff at the helm of our client services division, we are strengthening the depth and breadth of our experience to address and respond to the demands and challenges of our clientele.
