Three agency owners were selected to open and run the new agencies:

  • Chip Vance will open Brightway, The Chip Vance Agency at 1401 Montgomery Highway, Suite 121, in Vestavia Hills, Ala.

  • Man Phung will open Brightway, The Phung Agency at 8756 East 116th Street in Fishers, Ind.

  • Jim Anderson will open Brightway, The Jim Anderson Agency at 4695 N. Oracle Road, Suite 115, in Tucson, Ariz.

“We are highly selective with whom we partner and are thrilled to welcome Chip Vance, Man Phung and Jim Anderson as our newest agency owners, opening our first agencies in Alabama and Indiana and our fourth agency in Arizona,” said Brightway Insurance president Talman Howard. “Brightway provides a full suite of support to our agencies, so they can focus on building their sales teams and growing their businesses.”

In March, Brightway opened agencies in New York (its first in the area, owned by Mike Milano) and in Texas (its third in the area, owned by Siva Govindarajan).
