One of IBA’s 2015 top producers, Kari Dybdahl has only been in the industry for about eight years, but has already made her mark, racking up more than $3.6 million in sales volume last year. “The most important thing is to find insurance coverage lines you are excited about,” Dybdahl says. “That excitement will turn into passion, and once you are passionate about what you are selling, the success just falls into place.”
