Malena Farrell has been with Cedar Risk Manage- ment since 1997 and currently focuses on commercial insurance for the alcoholic beverage industry. “I am a geeky, nerdy lover of insurance, and proud of it!” she says. “I started in the industry as a file girl at the age of 16 and never looked back. I love reading a policy and finding ways to pay the client more when there’s a claim. I live for that moment when a client or prospect finally gets it, when they finally see how life-changing or business-saving a well written insurance policy can be.”
