An embattled AFL coach is taking his insurer to court after they refused to pay more than $600,000 in court costs, it has been revealed.

    He should have discussed with his Insurance Broker if he could do this. D&O has never been about pursuing another party, it is about defending allegations made against you for a wrongful act. Maybe this is where the confusion lies, he feels he has the right to defend his name.
