Its a double standard for an Insurance Broker to complain about recruiting fees being tied to the candidates salary when the Brokers commission is tied to the premium

Brokers provide service for 12 months.
Recruiters provide a cv ,a candidate gave to them, then pass to the employer and want up to 13% of gross salary and super.
Give me a break , the guarantee is worthless they give, as they only send another dud as I found out who also lied on the resume.
$10,000 odd per employee is rude.
Days of Recruiting companies like this are numbered.
Use seek, linkden, careerone, lot cheaper !
