    Isn't this typical of a company selling insurance on the side, they are not thinking of the customer just the money. You need an insurance professional to look after your insurance needs - see a Broker!

    The same could also be said about any consumer buying insurance direct on line and yes, agree that a broker adds so much value to the process. On the other hand, Choice have used every opportunity in he past to bring down the reputation of the insurance industry. Their view of the world is often so skewed and one sided it is difficult, from an insurance perspective, to pay them any credence most of the time.
