Yet again a major Insurer getting into trouble because of the actions of their agents and direct divisions. When will they learn and ONLY deal with professional Brokers!
We see these types of stories with Allianz, CGU, QBE et al, but rarely hear of any indiscretions from the likes of Broker Only Insurer Zurich...

Recent history will tell you that "Other Broker Only Insurers" in the past now have direct agency and direct market divisions - Zurich will eventually change as well, because at the end of the day, expenses will win the day and together with the Banker's motto - "It is not illegal, wrong or unethical, unless you get caught and if you do, blame it on a rogue trader". In the meantime they make billions in comparison to the millions they have to pay back - ONLY when they caught out.

"When will they learn and ONLY deal with professional Brokers!"
Because professional brokers never deal unfairly, rip off, steal or overcharge customers! But it happens..
