    I know in our office we saw a definite change in our client's mentality comparing the 2011 Brisbane floods to the 2013 Australia Day storms. In the latter they were determined to claim - no matter how small - to 'get back' at the insurers, especially due to severe price hikes that had happened since the flood.

    A good mentality? No. A good indication of dissatisfaction? Yes.
