    Can't help but wonder what would be situation if the companies had kept a few more of the old grey hairs around when there was all of the mergers / takeovers 20 odd years ago. Even if the employment agencies really looked at the CV's of the over 50 instead of just putting them in the bin and recommending a late 20 or 30 something for a job they are not ready for.

    Skilled people are available but due to absence of local experience, recruitment consultants does not even want to look at them. Can somebody explain, how one coming from overseas will get local experience if nobody give them chance inspite of having a strong CV.
