    Years ago I was working at Insurance Enquiries and Complaints. I lady called disputing a denied claim. Her head gasket had blown shortly after she backed into a fence. There was only minor damage and scratching to the rear bumper.

    I received a PL letter of demand years ago after a certain cross dressing comedian client of mine had thrown Gladioli flowers into the audience.
    The claimant claimed he had suffered humiliation when a gladioli flower landed on his head and everyone in the audience laughed at him! No settlement was offered.
