    Isn't this guy just perpetuating his own job by advising business to get involved in Social Media and then sell his services on how to manage the "dogs breakfast" that he has created. Isn't the issue to teach users of "social media" not to trust what they read as gospel because itis so open to misuse and abuse????

    @bruce - You haven't read the article.

    He says use the data created by social media not 'get involved' in social media (as you put it).
