    Am I missing something? Vero policyholders purchase a premium policy. Yet Vero want our customers to go use SMART the same as AAMI customers who pay for a policy that is significantly cheaper! I believe Suncorp own 99% of the Smart and Q-Plus centres. Looks like they want premium policies but cheap repairs. Have they forgotten that their policyholders have choice of repairer?
    Premium policy = choice of repairer = happy policyholders = repeat customers!

    Max, I think you are missing something. Smart centre's do a much better and quicker job than any local repairer. Letting my clients have access to this is a good thing.
