    Communication is King, weather its good news or bad news we need communicate with the client on claims regularly, instead of them being frustrated and kept in the dark.

    I think Mr Marer has his work cut out for him. Vero these days provide such a poor claims service with Brokers that it has become an entrenched culture within that company to be very difficult to deal with. Do you really want them near your clients? If that claims officer treats the client like they treat the Broker, then we will all lose the client, Broker and Insurer. At least the Broker can filter away the nonsense that comes from some claims officers mouths.
