The work that new loss adjusters cut their teeth on is disappearing, with worrying implications for the whole sector, an industry body has warned

It is a joke that its 2016 and loss adjusters are still bitching and moaning about losing their work, but no mention of doing anything about it."stay aware of change, keep themselves up to date and remain informed in order to minimise as much surprise or impact as possible" Wow what leadership. Just watch the world pass you buy but make sure you can atleast see it passing you by.

You would definitely not do something like get an understanding of WHY your services for these claims are not valued, work with your customers, see where the value is missing and try and innovate to provide something new in areas where YOU ACTUALLY CAN add value, and accept that today with technology + big data, the old days are gone and not coming back"

No, its much much better to put your heads in the sand and you know, just stay aware of what's happening around you, keep yourselves up to date with that change so that you're not surprised when builders and technology suppliers wave and smile at you from their 4th place on hamilton island.
