I wonder how is this going to stop Air BnB and the Host from being joined in an action by a guest. I expect the Air BnB cover will not be in the host's name and more than likely be a group cover. I am sure there are lawyers out there who will try and take action against the Air BnB cover and the host's household insurer to seek a greater setlement offer. In this event what happens to the host if their insurer declines the cover as there are activities going on that are not covered by the policy. I look forward to reading the Air BnB cover to see how the policy deals with these matters.
