    I wonder what (if any) influence a Brokers PI policy would have made on the above?

    Agree with the comment regarding the Brokers ability to determine the accuracy of the figures, however a Broker would be able to recognise glaringly obvious flaws in the disclosure, whereas Insurer staff accept what has been presented and probably cannot even make any recommendation.

    A big win for the need for a Broker.
