    It also shows a lack of decision making. I'm astounded after many meetings with executives who support your solution only to have them say, I need some middle manager to agree.
    In our business we have constructive robust 'debates' daily. It shows peoples passion for the business, their position and generates the best ideas. It also ensures everyone feels heard. But when doing this for one of the big brands, yes you are labelled and it stunts your career, hence why many of the best where they can flourish and the big brands continue to flounder repeating more of the same
