    In reading what is stated here , this is not a fraudulent claim. Read what he was convicted of , he was convicted of deceiving his creditors
    by not declaring the proceeds of a claim which he is required to do .
    He was not convicted for a false claim.
    Brokers or anyone can not have any contol of funds received via a legal claim by a client and what he does with them .
