    A very good article and employers should take note. As already highlighted previously, there are numerous external career paths available.
    Employers need to create loyalty rather than expect loyalty. You do that by investing in your staff and strengthening the lines of communication. Above all, you need to like and respect the people that have chosen to come and work for you. It is a two way arrangement. Create a positive happy culture and staff will stay.

    AR comments are typical of employees who are intellectual thieves, Time for them to go to court and made accountable,this attitude is the same as the employee who steals large amounts of cash from the till.
