We already live in the robotic age, could brokers soon be out of a job?

Can a robot explain the floor plot ratio to a client following a fire!

Good point Tim. A lot of the discussion is around automated sales and advice. Most of a brokers time is taken up with the after sales service including claims, problem solving, settling disputes, developing strategies, building relationships, and thinking outside the box. This will be very difficult to program into a computer, app, robot, or toaster oven.

Robots will not replace human contact, only tasks that can and should be automated. How will a robot advocate for a client, close up a sale, create a community engagement between the company and the area it serves. Automating a broker is not something that will easily be done. Some tasks yes, but nothing that will see the removal of the broker.
