    How about you just focus on fixing your poor practices which undermine the veracity of the entire industry rather than coming up with these gimmicks that are only designed to repair your once good reputation ?

    Loyalty programs cost money and are a huge liability on the balance sheet. ( just ask QANTAS). If they can afford to do this then they are clearly charging more than they need to for their services. -No such thing as a free lunch. They would be better off offering better products and cleaning up their sales practices.
