Executive line-up changes at ARPC

The Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation (ARPC) has announced changes to its senior executive team.

Former ARPC chief operating officer Michaela Flanagan has taken a new role at Swiss Re as head of branch operations for ANZ, while Janice Nand has been named acting COO as the terror pool completes the recruitment process for a chief strategy and operating officer.

“I would like to congratulate Michaela on her new role in the reinsurance industry and thank her for her significant contribution to ARPC,” said Christopher Wallace, ARPC chief executive.

Nand joined ARPC in February after serving as director of report for the banking royal commission. Prior to that, she worked as a partner with HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in Canberra and with Sparke Helmore Lawyers in Sydney.
