An industrial-lines insurer has announced five leadership appointments across its property, power and energy, and marine lines of business.

Effective Feb. 1, HDI Global's Kai Brueggemann, underwriting manager for property and marine in Australasia, will take a new international leadership role within the group.

Taking over HDI Global's marine and property portfolio in Australasia as its new underwriting manager will be Dale Graf. Also appointed as new leaders in Australasia were Alex Hind as underwriting manager for the newly-created power-and-energy business line; and Joel Mitchell as underwriting manager for marine.

All three roles report to Stefan Feldmann, regional head for Australasia and managing director of HDI Global in Australia.
Feldmann said he was pleased that the leadership vacancies in their team were filled with internal talents.

“I am very confident that with Dale, Alex, and Joel, we have experienced leaders in place to continue the successful work we have done in building our strong offering to our clients and brokers in property, energy, and marine,” he said.
